Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed with V2 Lighting International, doing business as OPTI Lighting ("OPTI," "we," "our," or "us") are processed and shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on:

  • Weekdays are usually processed the next business day
  • Weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

During peak periods, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

United States Shipping

Economy Shipping (5–8 Business Days)

  • Orders $150.00 and up: Free Shipping
  • Orders $0.00 – $74.99: Shipping Rate: $7.95
  • Orders $74.99 – $149.99: Shipping Rate: $9.95

Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)

  • Flat Rate: $24.95

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Other professional logistics providers

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and shipping speed selected.

OPTI reserves the right to require signature confirmation for high-value orders at its discretion.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

OPTI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

  • Check around the delivery location and with neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Reach out to our support team for assistance

While we will do our best to assist with carrier claims, OPTI cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Package Delivery Disputes

If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

OPTI is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

If a customer believes a package was delivered incorrectly or stolen after delivery, they should:

  • Contact the shipping carrier to open a delivery investigation
  • Check with neighbors, household members, or property management
  • Verify the shipping address used at checkout

OPTI may assist customers in initiating a carrier investigation when possible; however, replacement shipments or refunds are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

OPTI reserves the right to deny replacement requests or refunds for delivery disputes when tracking information confirms successful delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

This helps us resolve the issue quickly and file a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

OPTI is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Events beyond our control
