Warranty

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

This Warranty Policy applies to products sold by V2 Lighting International, doing business as OPTI Lighting ("OPTI Lighting," "we," "our," or "us").

OPTI Lighting warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation during the applicable warranty period described below.

Warranty Coverage Period

The warranty period begins on the date of shipment.

LED Lighting Products

Covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty

All Other Products and Components

Including but not limited to power adapters, accessories, replacement parts, and non-LED components.

Covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product and within the applicable warranty period.

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, OPTI Lighting will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product
Replace the product with the same or comparable product
Issue a refund of the original purchase price

Warranty remedies apply only to the original product purchased.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to damage or failures caused by:

Improper installation
Installation not performed in accordance with product instructions
Failure to follow electrical or safety guidelines
Electrical surges, voltage fluctuations, or power issues
Misuse, abuse, or negligence
Unauthorized modification or alteration of the product
Use of incompatible electrical components or systems
Environmental conditions such as water exposure, extreme heat, or improper ventilation
Use of the product outside its intended purpose or specifications

Products showing signs of physical damage, tampering, or misuse may not be eligible for warranty service.

Installation Requirements

Certain lighting products may require installation by a licensed electrician or qualified professional depending on local electrical codes and regulations.

OPTI Lighting is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or failure to comply with local electrical codes.

Labor and Installation Costs

This warranty covers the product only.

Under no circumstances shall OPTI Lighting be responsible for:

Installation costs
Labor charges
Removal costs
Reinstallation costs
Contractor or electrician fees

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, customers must contact our support team and provide:

Order number or proof of purchase
Description of the issue
Photos or video of the defective product if requested

Our support team will review the claim and provide further instructions if the product qualifies for warranty service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPTI Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, lost profits, or loss of use.

OPTI Lighting’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from OPTI Lighting or authorized sellers.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
